ORDERING PROCESS 1. Choose a show, place your ticket request and receive an automated e-mail confirming that we have received your ticket order. Tickets are not confirmed at this time. 2. Theatre Direct's group sales consultants work with the box offices to fill your order, which typically takes 2-3 days for most shows. However, depending on the show and the performance date, it can sometimes take longer for the box office to reply. 3. One of our group sales consultants will contact you to let you know whether the box office was able to fill your group request. If the show is sold out, our consultant will be prepared to discuss other options for your group. If your order has been filled, we will fax or e-mail you a confirmation/invoice with the payment due date for your tickets. 4. Once your ticket order is confirmed, you will have the option to add a restaurant reservation or Broadway Classroom workshop to your order. 5. Once we have received payment for your order, your tickets will be sent to you via FedEx, held at will call or available for pick up at our office. |
