PAYMENT PROCESS
Once you have received confirmation of your group order, it's as easy as One --- Two --- Three!
1. Review your invoice
Take a moment to look over your invoice for accuracy. We want to make sure we've reserved the date, show and price that you're expecting.
Remember the payment due date. This is important! If full payment is not received by your due date, the box office may release your seats back to general sale, and the process starts all over again. Due dates are determined by the box office and vary by show. Any extension of a due date is solely at the discretion of the box office. Every effort should be made to pay by the original due date.
2. Make your payment
Fax a credit card payment OR mail a personal/company check or money order. Follow the instructions on your invoice for faxing or mailing.
If you need to reduce the number of tickets that you ordered, please indicate the change on your invoice (as long as you don't drop below the group minimum) when submitting payment.

All payments and tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
3. Receive your tickets
Once your tickets are paid for and printed by the box office, you have three easy options to receive them:
Three-day delivery via Federal Express ($10 fee added to invoice)
Will call at the theatre box office (for off-Broadway shows, all tickets are held at the box office)
Pick-up at Broadway.com/Theatre Direct's office in Times Square
NOTE: If you have booked and/or paid for your order less than one month prior to your performance date, your tickets may be held at the theatre.
What if you need more tickets after you've paid? Just contact Theatre Direct, and we can make the request for more tickets if they are available. Please be aware that some shows may not allow add-ons at the group rate.
