If you don\u2019t know what you\u2019d like to see, you can also click “I’m not sure” on our Group Ticket Inquiry Form<\/a> and one of our Broadway Geniuses will get in touch with you to help find the best show for your group.\u00a0 While you’re online, be sure to check out Broadway.com\u2019s exclusive editorial features like video clips from each show, and feature articles. Of course, if at any time during the process you’d rather speak to a human, call 1-800-BROADWAY x2 and we will be happy to speak with you.[\/accordion_panel][accordion_panel heading=”Pick your date and price point”]Each show has its own unique performance schedule and pricing varies by performance.\u00a0 Check each show\u2019s calendar for a list of pricing for every performance.[\/accordion_panel][accordion_panel heading=”Submit your request for your group’s tickets”]Submit your request online from a show’s page by clicking the red \u2018Tix for Groups\u2019 button. We will take it from there and confirm your tickets within 2 business days. If for some reason the seats you requested are not available, we will be in touch to help you adjust your request or find another show to fit your group.[\/accordion_panel][\/accordion][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][\/vc_section][vc_section tab=”true” width=”width-narrow” el_id=”ordering”][vc_row][vc_column][accordion heading_level=”h2″][accordion_panel heading=”Choose a show”]Choose a show, date, and price, and click “Submit.”\u00a0 We will double check everything is in order and place your request with the Box Office. Once submitted, you\u2019ll receive an automated e-mail confirming that we\u2019ve received<\/em> your group ticket request. It is important to remember that your Tickets are not yet confirmed at this stage.<\/em>[\/accordion_panel][accordion_panel heading=”We’ll work with the box office”]We\u2019ll work with the box office to fill your order, which typically takes 24 to 48 hours. For some shows and dates, it could take a bit longer for the box office to confirm your seats.[\/accordion_panel][accordion_panel heading=”We’ll contact you to let you know”]We\u2019ll contact you to let you know once the box office has filled your order. If your order has been confirmed, we\u2019ll e-mail an invoice with the payment due date for your tickets. Please make a note of the due date and review your invoice for accuracy as soon as you receive it!<\/em><\/p>\n

If the performance is sold out or your order cannot be fulfilled for some reason, we\u2019ll present other options for your group.[\/accordion_panel][accordion_panel heading=”Add Broadway Classroom”]Once the “main event” is confirmed, our team can help you complete your itinerary with a Broadway Classroom\u00ae workshop![\/accordion_panel][accordion_panel heading=”Delivery of your tickets”]Once we have received payment for your order, you will have the option to have your tickets sent to you via FedEx, held at the Theatre’s will-call window, or be made available for pick up at our office located conveniently in Times Square. Please submit payment by the payment due date listed on your invoice.<\/em>\u00a0 If full payment is not received by your due date, the box office may release your seats for general sale — and we will have to start the process all over again.<\/p>\n

Due dates are determined by the box office and vary by show. Any extension of a due date is completely up to the box office. Please make every effort to pay by the original due date as we cannot guarantee extensions.[\/accordion_panel][accordion_panel heading=”Submit your payment”]Instructions for paying by credit card, check, or money order will be on your invoice.<\/p>\n

If you need to reduce the number of tickets that you’ve ordered,<\/strong>\u00a0please make the change on your invoice (as long as you don’t drop below the group minimum!) when submitting payment.\u00a0 If you need to increase the number of tickets,<\/strong>\u00a0please call us immediately so we can request the additional tickets from the box office.<\/p>\n

Very, very important!!\u00a0<\/u> Once paid, all tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable!   1. Three-day delivery via Federal Express (overnight and international delivery subject to additional fees added to invoice)<\/li>\n
  2. Pick-up at the theatre\u2019s box office (this is the only option available for Off-Broadway shows and our international clients)<\/li>\n
  3. Pick-up at Broadway.com\u2019s office, conveniently located in Times Square<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
