Andrew Barth Feldman To Join MAYBE HAPPY ENDING

New Helperbot alert! Andrew Barth Feldman will join the cast of MAYBE HAPPY ENDING as “Oliver”, succeeding Tony Award® winner and producer Darren Criss, beginning September 2nd for nine weeks only through November 1st. Feldman will star opposite his off-stage girlfriend Helen J. Shen, who originated the role of “Claire” in the production. Criss will play his final performance August 31st.
Feldman made his Broadway debut in 2019 in the title role of DEAR EVAN HANSEN. Since then, he has appeared in several feature films, including the comedy No Hard Feelings which he starred opposite Jennifer Lawrence. His other film credits include High School Musical: The Musical: The Series, Saturday Night, Disney’s live action Snow White, and A Tourist’s Guide To Love. Most recently, Feldman performed in Joshua Harmon’s play WE HAD A WORLD, which began performances Off-Broadway at the Manhattan Theatre Club on February 25, 2025.
MAYBE HAPPY ENDING opened at the Belasco Theatre November 12, 2024, and has gone on to be the most Tony®-winning production of the season with six wins, including Best Actor in a Musical for Darren Criss’ performance and Best Musical. The show includes a Tony®-winning score and book by Hue Park and Will Aronsen, and direction under two-time Tony Award® winner, Michael Arden.
In Fall 2026, the production will hit the road on a North American national tour, beginning at Baltimore’s Hippodrome Theatre with more than 30 cities on the schedule. Casting and more details will be announced at a later date.
